A Legacy Worth Celebrating

Before tonight’s (5/13/25) Federal League JV Track Meet, GlenOak proudly honored Head Track Coach Scott Ferrell for a truly historic career. After more than three decades of leadership, mentorship, and dedication, Coach Ferrell is officially retiring at the end of this season.

Since taking over as head coach in 1993, Coach Ferrell has built more than just a track and field program—he’s built a family, a tradition, and a legacy that will live on for generations. His commitment to excellence and his ability to shape young lives have left an unforgettable mark on GlenOak and the entire track community.
