Athletes of the Week: Maci Crihfield & Canaan Sommers
GlenOak Athletics is proud to recognize our Athletes of the Week, Maci Crihfield and Canaan Sommers, for their outstanding performances and leadership.
Maci Crihfield – Girls Golf
Junior Maci Crihfield has had an incredible start to the season. She has been a medalist in 4 of the 5 tournaments she’s competed in and has placed in the top 10 individually three times. As team captain, Maci has guided the Lady Golden Eagles to strong finishes while helping the team improve its overall score by an impressive 25 strokes compared to last season.

Canaan Sommers – Boys Cross Country
This past Saturday, Canaan Sommers turned in a strong performance at the Golden Eagle Invitational, finishing 10th overall with a time of 16:41. His effort helped set the tone for the Golden Eagles cross country team as they continue their season.
