Athletes of the Week: Grace Lattavo and Demarlo Rozier
GlenOak Athletics is proud to recognize our Athletes of the Week, Grace Lattavo and Demarlo Rozier, for their great performances this past week!
Grace Lattavo - Volleyball
Congratulations to Grace Lattavo, our female Athlete of the Week! Grace had a dominant week on the court, helping lead the Golden Eagles Volleyball team to a 2-1 record with three outstanding performances.
- vs. Hoover: 10 kills, 9 digs
- vs. McKinley: 13 kills, 3 aces, 16 digs
- vs. Fairless: 18 kills, 2 blocks, 6 digs, 1 ace
Grace’s all-around play, leadership, and energy were key in pushing her team to victory and setting the tone for a strong week of competition.
Demarlo Rozier - Football
Congratulations to Demarlo Rozier, our male Athlete of the Week! Demarlo had a huge game, finding the end zone four times — rushing for 3 touchdowns and adding another score on a fumble recovery return.
Coach Scott Garcia praised Demarlo as “one of the hardest workers on the team and an outstanding person.” His work ethic and effort shine both on and off the field, making him a true leader for the Golden Eagles.
