GlenOak Athletics is proud to recognize our Athletes of the Week, Gia Tzouloufis, Jace Gross, and Charles Arway, for their performances this past week!
🏃♀️ Female Athlete of the Week – Gia Tzouloufis 🦅
Congratulations to senior Gia Tzouloufis of the GlenOak girls track & field team, this week’s Female Athlete of the Week!
Gia had an outstanding week, finishing 1st in both the 800M and the 1 Mile to earn key points in the Eagles’ victory over Perry. She followed that up with another strong performance at the Hudson Invitational, where she ran a personal record.
A fantastic week of competition and continued improvement!
🎾 Male Athletes of the Week – Jace Gross & Charles Arway 🦅
Congratulations to sophomores Jace Gross and Charles Arway of the GlenOak boys tennis team, this week’s Male Athletes of the Week!
The doubles duo had a fantastic week on the court, with their key doubles victory helping secure the team’s 3-2 win over Louisville.
They continued their strong play at Saturday’s Federal League Tournament, earning wins over McKinley and Hoover to finish 3rd place in the 2nd Doubles Flight.
