GlenOak Athletics is pleased to offer an opportunity for student-athletes to complete their required athletic physicals for the upcoming 2026-27 school year.
Athletic physicals will take place on Wednesday, May 27th, beginning at 2:30 PM. All athletes must be in line by 4:30 PM in order to receive a physical. Athletes should enter GlenOak High School through Door 17 and proceed down the stairs to the W-hallway to enter room W115.
This event is open to all student-athletes entering grades 7–12 for the next school year, making it a convenient and affordable option to ensure eligibility for participation in athletics.
To participate, athletes must bring the following:
- A completed OHSAA PPE Physical Form, printed from Final Forms
- Payment of $15 (cash or check payable to GlenOak Athletics)

Completing your physical ahead of the season is an important step in being ready for summer workouts, practices, and tryouts. GlenOak Athletics encourages all student-athletes to take advantage of this opportunity to get cleared early and avoid delays.
