Reminder: Complete All FinalForms Paperwork Before Winter Sports Begin
As the winter sports season approaches, GlenOak Athletics would like to remind all student-athletes and parents to ensure that all pre-participation paperwork is completed in FinalForms prior to the start of practices and tryouts.

All athletes must have the following completed in order to participate:
  1. All student and parent forms submitted and signed in FinalForms.
  2. An up-to-date physical on file with the athletic office.
Participation in any practices or tryouts will not be permitted until all items are complete.

Families can review and update their information by logging in to FinalForms(Opens in a new window). Please take a few minutes to double-check your account and ensure all requirements are fulfilled before your sport’s official start date.
